Your steaks should arrive frozen or partially thawed and cool to the touch. Packaging on all the steaks are 1 per packaging, frozen and individually vacuum sealed.

You can either refrigerate the steaks overnight until they are completely thawed or refreeze to eat when you are ready. Do not take them out of the bag until you are ready to eat. It will take approximately 24 hours to completely thaw steaks. Your steaks will last up to 1 year in the freezer, but will be best used within six months of your purchase.

Large Roast and 5 lb Italian Beef/Pork BBQ take 3 days to thaw in the refrigerator. Remember when you get the product it will take 3 days to thaw.

Shipping & Delivery

Overnight Shipping will be an Additional Charge: $20.00

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are available for an Additional Charge: $24.00 (only shipped on Mondays)

Terms and Conditions

Your order will be shipped via 2 day or ground service directly to you house. Your order will come to you in a reusable foam cooler. The products you purchased will be boxed and placed inside the foam cooler. Then dry ice will be placed on top of your box of product then sealed and placed into a corrugated boxed to not get damaged during shipping. Once you receive the order place product in freezer upon arrival.

All orders are shipped as "DRIVER RELEASE".

This means the package will be delivered to the recipient address with no signature required. Packages can be left at any exterior door location.

Please be sure to alert the recipient that a perishable gift will be delivered to them. Shipping charges apply for each name and address.

We are not able to ship to a Post Office Box. We ship only to the 50 US States

*For all of these deadlines, overnight delivery will apply Whether you're ordering for yourself or gifts for others, we strongly encourage you have your orders placed and shipped 1 or 2 weeks before the week of Christmas to ensure that they arrive in time for the holidays. While we make every effort to ship most orders within 24 hours, inclement weather and other unforeseen circumstances can cause shipments to arrive later than expected. Please plan ahead and order early. If delivery requests for the week of Christmas reach our reservation limit, we will provide alternate delivery options to help accommodate you: -Deliver the order before the week of Christmas (if available); -Deliver the requested order after December 29; -Deliver a product certificate before Christmas for redemption and delivery after Christmas. Important: All shipments require a street address (sorry, no PO Boxes). Damage due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses voids our guarantee. Please be sure to double-check all addresses.
